Client has grown organically over the last 20+ years to become the marquee player in the space with 6 market-leading products, however, lacking investment in technology has greatly impeded client’s ability to deliver new products.

Solution

Our team possessed skills across Java Spring / SpringBoot / SpringBatch, AWS, MongoDB, ActiveMQ, Kafka, DataStage, C#, .NET, and SQLServer. We ultimately:

• Built and delivered a complete people, process and transformation agenda
• Redesigned customer implementation and technology organizations including hiring & enablement processes
• Introduced new agile processes centered on product-centricity
• Designed and built a cloud-based application framework and key data ingestion & customer on-boarding processes that greatly compress customer’s go-live timelines
• Built new products on top of the framework
